my_date.setUTCFullYear(year[,month[,date]])
year The year specified as a full four-digit year, for example, 2000.
month An integer from 0 (January) to 11 (December). This parameter is optional.
date An integer from 1 to 31. This parameter is optional.

Method; sets the year for the specified Date object (my_date) in universal time, and returns the new time in milliseconds.
Optionally, this method can also set the month and date represented by the specified Date object. Calling this method does not modify the other fields of the specified Date object, but Date.getUTCDay() and Date.getDay() may report a new value if the day of the week changes as a result of calling this method.
